  并购顾问:我们向以中国为基地的新经济客户各种复杂的国内外并购交易提供咨询。我们的并购顾问服务帮助国内收购方接触优质的境外公司，连接国际机构投资者与境内优质新经济机遇。

  医疗顾问:我们的专业医疗顾问团队具有深厚的行业和金融交易经验，研究范围覆盖逾十个细分行业包括细胞治疗、基因学及生物医药，总数逾300家公司。

  Private Placement: Our private placement business assists growth-stage companies in raising private capital. Our services include the origination and execution of private placements in equity, debt and related securities. In addition, we will advise on capital structure and assist in long-term capital planning.

  M&A Advisory: We advise China-based clients operating new economy businesses on a wide range of complex domestic and cross-border M&A transactions. Our M&A advisory services facilitate access to quality onshore and offshore targets by domestic acquirers, and connect international institutional investors with onshore quality new economy opportunities.

  Healthcare Advisory: We have a dedicated healthcare advisory team with in-depth industry expertise and deal experience. We cover more than ten segments of the industry including cell therapy, genomics, and biological drugs, with an aggregate of more than 300 companies.

• Securities Underwriting

  We began offering underwriting services in 2012, as many of our advisory services clients prepared to access the public markets. Since then, we have become a trusted IPO advisor with an independent role advising on execution strategy, timing, pricing, and allocation.

• Sales, Trading and Brokerage

• 我们以代理人身份在二级市场协助全球国际机构客户包括资产管理人、对冲基金、家族办公室、保险公司及其他机构进行股票交易。此外，我们亦协助本公司的股票承销部门向国际机构客户分派所承销的股本证券。

  We execute equity trades as an agent in the secondary market for a range of international institutional clients, including asset managers, hedge funds, family offices, insurance companies, among others. In addition, we assist our equity underwriting services in the distribution of the equity securities.
