• Who Should Join

• 海内外知名院校，2017年应届毕业，本科学历及以上；
  2016年12月-2017年3月期间可以在华兴资本北京或上海办公室实习至少三个月;
  金融、经管、财务、数理统计等相关专业，理工科加金融类复合专业背景优先；
  有丰富的海内外投行、投资、基金等金融机构实习经历者优先；
  热爱新经济行业（TMT、医疗、教育、消费）

  Bachelor's degree or above, expected graduation in 2017 from top universities in China or overseas;
  Majors in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Statistics etc., and particularly double majors in Science and Engineering are preferred;​
  Prior internship experience in Chinese or international investment banks, funds, and other financial institutions preferred;
  Must have passion and interest in new economy industries such as TMT, healthcare, education, and consumer products.

• Internship Responsibilities

• 协助团队进行数据挖掘和行业研究；
  分析公司财务及运营数据，比较行业同类公司财务状况；
  协助搭建财务模型，以评估公司价值和预测未来发展；
  协助准备演示材料，以配合项目开发；
  参与资本市场不同项目交易的执行。

  Assist senior bankers with financial analysis and industry research;
  Analyze company financial and operational data, conduct in-industry comparisons;
  Assist in building financial valuation models;
  Help to prepare presentation materials for customer engagements and business development;
  Participate in the execution of various transactions in the capital markets.
